Formerly, Nadia has been a Contributing Editor for Fine Cooking magazine in the US and the Food Editor at Fresh magazine in the UK. Her writing and recipes have appeared in numerous other publications and websites including The Times newspaper, Easy Living and RED in the UK, Saveur, Epicurious, The Atlantic.com, Gilt Taste, and CNN.Traveler in the US, and FLAVOURS, Her World and FEMALE magazines in Southeast Asia.
Nadia is a graduate of Leith's School of Food and Wine in London. She also gained an MA in English Language and Literature from Oxford University, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and an MA in Journalism from New York University. A member of the UK Guild of Food Writers and the Association of Food Journalists in the US, Nadia's first cookbook, Chop, Sizzle & Stir (RPS) was published in 2009. Her next book, a compendium of sauces, dressings and dips, is coming out in September 2013.
